I was actually kinda proud of myself today - I was having an issue with AT&T trying to do a contract. We found out the problem was that the lady was giving me the wrong social security number of her mom (the account owner) but she didn't know the correct one, so she wanted to call to find out. I told the AT&T guy and he basically said that because there was a large amount of calls that he couldn't wait another minute for me to give him the number, so I'd have to call back again. I basically said "I've been on hold for 20 minutes just trying to get a hold of someone, and I don't want to wait that long again, so can you just hold on a minute so she can get that number?" (He did, btw)

It's sad to say because it sounds pathetic, but that's the most fight I've ever put up with a complete stranger.
