I must admit a huge percentage of the ladies at my pay level are territorial old ladies I bet they're more terrified of someone fucking up their substantive job than they are of trying a cooler job

Old ladies as in those who will be of retiring age before I turn 30 or 35. The rest are about my age. There really doesn't seem to be much of an inbetween.

I'm a medical typist for a district mental health service. This includes work in the hospital itself, plus babysitting one of the outpatient services for lunches/sick days and dabbling a little bit into the legal side of mental health (how I got into that is another story).
