Like the aforementioned best friend. I wish I could call her a complete idiot for questioning if I care about her. After all I've done for her - and I don't mean just emotionally, I mean I've given/loaned her over $500, on top of helping her clean her house, among others. It's absolutely absurd for her to not only say what she did but react in the way she did. You don't go from being best friends to yelling and harsh insults, all because I missed a "signal". You just don't.

Guess I'll have to settle to venting to people here who don't know her at all.
Oh well. She's known to act irrationally occasionally. She knows it too. So I'm hoping she'll realize that this was one of those moments and get over it.

Yea. Our university teaches mainly translating and a teaching degree for elementary schools. We have a female quota of 80-90% -.-

I'm pissed at my best friend too and she doesn't even seem to realise or care. We've been in the same class yesterday and she sat down next to me. I felt like my heart was going to burst during the whole class and literally "fled" a quater before it ended...

Hèhè! I booked my Thalys ticket (= train ticket). Leaving for Dong at 9:21 and in Cologne at 11:10 on Thu 12 July. The rest will be done there.
