It's gonna be weird for me, because I'm learning Hochdeutsch, but i'll be living in Bayern....I haven't really heard people speak with Bavarian accents too much though. People in the movies like Der Tunnel, their german is very clear to me.

Both my tutor and my professor are Bavarian. My tutor usually speaks in english though, and my teacher has been living in the US for almost 50 years and has no accent.
