There are ATMs at the festival area. If you have a card, you can withdrawl from there.

If not, I don't know. Depends on whay you want to spend you things on.
You need a ticket to Itzehoe. Then a ticket for the bus or a taxi and you need to go back as well. (the same route)

Taxi = €25 (more or less)
Bus = ? (guess €10 return)
Train = €9.80 (2 years ago) from HH to Itzehoe. (2x! You need to go back)
HVV = ? (never used it)

That's not a problem. You can use it with a US credit card. But if you don't have one, bring along some.

I'll try to find out prices for train and HVV.

Edit Piaf zegt: If you go to your bank, and ask if you can use your card worldwide they should be able to answer your question. You'll be charged a fee at any withdrawl, cause you're working with foreign currencies (namely €uros), instead of US$.
