Take brown rice, brocolli, brussel sprouts, fruits, lean meat, canned fish, oats, protiein shake..
cook up a big batch, and then just dish it out into portions, then i only have to cook every 2nd or 3rd day

My dad was a BIG drinker when I was growing up. He always let me try his beer back then. Man I thought that it tasted horrible then.
