As much as I love a lot of newer metal. I really love some of the older stuff like Iron Maiden, Saxon, Judas Priest, Thin Lizzy, UFO, Black Sabbath, Riot, Scorpions, Accept etc.

I remember when I was 14 years old and Dynamo was the biggest metal festival, and I didn't have the money to go there
and then Wacken became bigger...

but I would be very grateful if I saw Duane Allman, Jerry Garcia, David Byron, and lots of other great musicians live... they're dead, but at lest their legacy lives on

Well his parents, are helping with it, the money part, and he is earning part of it himself. I am making all of the arrangements. I think he will have a blast. But NO Beer for him.

Yeah I hear ya. Wish I would have seen Zeppelin with bonzo and Jimi Hendrix. I did see Stevie Ray Vaughn that was so great.

Hell yes! Thin Lizzy should have been so much bigger, they were incredible in every way. One of my ALL TIME favorite bands. Live And Dangerous is my very favorite live album.0
