Ö sound? I don't know how does it sounds...

portuguese, spanish, italian... they all came from latin, so it's easy to understand each other, we use the same letters...
but... german it's a new thing to me

german's from latin too ;)

but ö is hard to describe. I bet Quark knows an equivalent ;)

I just re read our history. Came up to the part when I said that "Ik neuk apen" was very equivocal for me since I call AP my little monkey XD

Best, Nederland. Jetzt Belgien
oh yeah it's the same Latin Alphabet with some addtional letters
but the pronounce is very differente

Not true. The additional letters aren't additional, but have an extra "accent" on it to have them pronounced differently then usual.

For instance the "cedille" (ç like "français) is to prevent a false prononciation in the logic of the grammer. C followed by all letters except e, i and y is pronounced like "k". But the cedille prevents this pronounciation. It is however not a letter of the alphabet.
The same with the German ß, which is actually listed as sz. (and pronounced like 2 "s"'s. (Straße/Strasse)

The ß is going to be erased from german language :( Everythings with "ss" then because of "globalisation"
