I was researching the idea that swearing makes for a higher pain tolerance. Apparently, science has proven this theory.

I just have those little ear buds... they don't cancel out much. except when someone's trying to talk to you.

I got some V-moda earphones at Costco, they sound good and do a decent job of reducing noise, but don't cancell all of it out, which is a good thing IMO.
