And neither will Bremen then!
yea that one's like 18000 euros a year... I pretty much gave up on that long ago

And neither will Bremen then!

Well, don't know about Americans in America, but I heard some (big multinational) companies are DYING for US native speakers over here. If ONLY you could get a foot between the door.... (as we say here)

well sounds good... but depends on what kind of company. like I don't think I could stand an office job![]()
Why not?
I might "throw a little ball" here if you want?
Don't know if it works, but "niet geschoten is altijd mis".

Guess this is more like a cryptogramm then normal English!![]()

but I might have hit a bit of luck... just applied for the university my mom graduated from, in Louisiana... even cheaper than here, plus my mom knows the band people from there and says I can probably get a scholarship for that
Well, it's what I'm doing now.it's just too much of a routine... like wake up, deal with traffic, work for 8 hours sitting in a chair in a cubicle, deal with traffic again, eat dinner, go to bed... then do it all over again every day for like 50 years... doesn't exactly sound like fun.
what do you mean?
probably![]()

You might be surprised how divers such a job can be! And... it always pays better than doing nothing or running lane work (machinery work in a factory)
It means....
that I could talk (via via) to some and see if/what they can do.
(s)he who does not try, never wins....

Een balletje opgooien = to talk to people you (might) know, in order to obtain a favour/certain information. It's like a shot in the dark, you never know if it will result in something.
Niet geschoten is altijd mis = s/he who does not try....
