I have one and so does my daughter, hers is used for hours each day, each has had no problems.

But I don't buy or obtain MP3s from anywhere, y songs are all from my CD collection. I don't use itunes to buy music, never have never will.

I just can't concentrate with music around... I get to distracted by it..
