yeah, but when I hear those songs now, I get reminded of that funny moments, but also of the way he treated me when we last talked

(and the traffic jam to Hamburg )

I was thinking earlier today of something my old best friend used to say a lot, and was reminded of all the good times...

and also we had a pep rally at school yesterday for the homecoming game/dance
for the first time I was watching it from the stands with the rest of the students, and not with the marching band, as I had been the past three years
made me wish I was with them again, seeing all the familiar faces out there, and watching them high-fiving each other and doing stupid dances... really miss those especially

but instead I was stuck standing in front of a bunch of these girls that try to act all "gangster"

which was horrible...

they kept making fun of everyone and anyone

"look at that girl, she's sooo fat"
"hahah, she forgot the routine"
"turn that **** off, no one wants to hear that" [directed towards the band]

Why arent you with them then?

various reasons
a bunch of my friends weren't in it this year
plus I had a really difficult time just making it through the past years due to the student leaders/section leaders
like I'd politely tell them that they were playing the music wrong, and they'd get on to me for being disrespectful
when I was actually right the whole time
...this happened multiple times a day, I kinda got tired of it.

and it would have been about the same this year, as one of the section leaders is also that this year.

and I couldn't have done it anyway, it takes up A LOT of time
which I don't have this semester

if it weren't for that, and the leadership issues, I would have liked to keep doing it... it was a huge part of my life
