I found a way to get rid of the annoying "30 second messages"

That is, write slightly longer messages than usual (NO one-liners!), and always do preview. Works like a charm

Yeah, I remember - although it's been a time since I had MSN installed [on the old machine] - approx. like this BIG BEER MUG!
