My course is 5 years long + what you need to do the diploma thesis (6-12 months), but there are people (not many) who do it simultaneously with the lectures.

So: I should have finished the lectures in september 2003

oct is really a strange fucking thing, because I have never ever seen it in use outside of the schools. I think it is a very un-neccessary knowlegde

weird! i did a small thesis...but it wasnt a thesis...it was a report/summary of the course....strange.

Instead of 4 binary digits as in hex, you only use 3, so you can symbolize 0-7.

So for example, to write 25 dec = 011001 bin = 31 oct
