well I'm not that much in either one of the cities, though I think the admosphere in rotterdam is not as good as eindhoven.

utrecht on the other hand has a really good admosphere, and about the same distance as rotterdam (from eindhoven) I guess.

utrecht is another option, but housing there is quite expensive.
I'm switching jobs soon, and it looks like that I will start working in Delft by the end of the year. Although living there is not an option, far too expensive.

I don't visit that area of holland that often actually, though leiden seems a nice city, but it's a bit outside of that area again.
utrecht isn't to far away either, but there ussually are big trafficjams during the rush hours.
