My new one uses maestro, but the one before used v-pay which was utter shit. I couldn't use that one in south africa because v-pay is only excepted in europe, even...

    Thinking about it. the last time I was in germany my card wasn't accepted at the hotel even though it should have been working in the whole of europe. So I called my bank and they changed something. after that I payed with my card everywhere without any problems.

    Having terminals for their own card might even be more expensive. And it most definitely won't be slower. because A. they won't have to get the change money, and B. I just have to hold my debit card against the terminal and it is paid. and nothing have a CC option is understandable. in europe...

    But realistically, how many % of the people visiting are from outside of Europe? And we europeans already have a debit card for that purpose which we can't use at the festival. So I rather have them fix that first.
