    I'm not sure yet. In 8 weeks I'll know whether I'll be able to have the surgery I want, but than we still have to plan that. Than there's still a change the surgery won't solve the issue. And I probably will only return to wacken once I have a full proof solution that doesn't make me dependent...

    No need to worry, wacken is surrounded by farms. if anybody gets stuck they will pull you out with a tractor. Specially on sunday wacken has many of them available to pull you out. it's not like you're the first person to ever get stuck on the campgrounds :)

    the first day and a half I had a high fever and slept pretty much the entire time. after that I was mostly just tired as hell.

    My nerves would get the better of me... I only once had a layover because my original flight was cancelled due to a typhoon.that layover was 9 hours in paris. which is a mega boring airport. So that's the other end of the spectrum :ugly:

    that's the reason why I always try to get direct flights. Though I'm pretty sure that's not an option from/to australia.

    that's hard to say I don't know which route the bus will take. car traffic is being directed all over the place so not all cars will enter the highway all at the same time/place. keep in mind, wacken is a kinda remote farmer village with not that many roads. One time I left at 07:00 and we...
