Hmm... I really only remember watching Marduk, Borknagar and 1349 (that I didn't watch due to a conflicting show). What other big-name BM bands did I miss?


Yeah, of course. I'm sure there would be someone for whom last year was the best Wacken lineup ever.

Conflicting show, what do you mean? And I don't know what is a big-name bm band really. But Tsjuder, Marduk, 1349, Kampfar, Der Weg einer Freiheit. And of course Aura Noir was supposed to play but something happened. Also this metal battle band Auðn was really good.

Mine are still dirty They're waiting in my closet in a plastic bag. Tho I'm not really sure yet whether I'll take them this year or not.

Haha I would have kept on forgetting about those boots until Wacken but I need to put them in my backpack so my kit is ready for deployment

So, I looked it up. over here we call it a ghost pepper. I know about those, never had one though.
I think there's a dutch website where I can order them. But honestly I think it'll probably be to hot.

Well, I'd be very impressed if you tried them and didn't cry for 20 minutes at least, so there's that. They used to the the hottest peppers in the world 5-6 years ago, but have since been overtaken by a couple of other "enhanced" peppers.

I think this lineup is the worst in at least 3 years for me.

For me this lineup is kind of in-the-middle, with 2016 bringing up the bottom (still a solid lineup though).

I made a quick pastebin list of bands I want to see this year and personally, I feel fairly content.

This year's lineup isn't as good as last year for me, I wish I had went last year!

Whitesnake foreigner and Maiden all in one day would have pretty much the ultimate for me.

Yeah maybe not so nice to put your muddy boots with your other stuff And maybe they have regulations about stuff being neat? I don't know, but I'd think so

Thankfully next week is just a normal week. Except two classes go to some trip on some day but it's better that way actually. Hopefully the week goes fast so saturday comes fast.
