Had some really painful stomach cramps when I was biking few years ago. Had to stop then next to a quite busy road. I passed out when I was in the middle of phobe call to my dad. And then my phone died. Several people went past me I just looked at me but didn't do anything.. Finally some man stopped and called an ambulance. The first thing they asked was if I was drunk...

Though MAYBE Canada might be an option. But in Québec, there's the Parti Québecois (PQ, which in EU French is toilet paper ) But you're soooo close to Trump..

Wow people indeed sucks... Even if you think the person might be drunk, it doesn't hurt to just go see them and help getting them to safety if they're laying on the ground like that...

There are so many drunks in Finland.. one time we saw a guy that was so fucked and we called the police. They came but clearly they were no help because we saw the again like 200m from where we first saw him. He was sitting on a tree trunk, so I guess he still was quite fucked.

And I think they don't really like to answer calls about drunks. But you never know what the situation is, so shouldn't make assumptions based on if the person is drunk or not.

Yeah I guess they can't do much for a drunk dude, but it's kinda dumb if some normal people pass by and see a guy laying on the pavement and does nothing about it. At least you try to bring him somewhere safer, like sitting under a tree

The guy had a bike.. I was thinking that what if he started biking and put himself and others in danger. Because he was definitely not in shape to do any biking.

And yeah, another thing was that a taxi driver stopped there to eat and he was taking pics of the drunk guy...

I can actually understand why the police won't do anything except put him on a safer place. Some drunks aren't that stupid, and try to get a free way home! And the police is not a taxi service!
