Yeah. You can even see that in families. Like not having any connections with relatives.
And for example if someone is hurt somehow it's not unusual that people just pass by. I've experienced this myself and it sucks.

Many will vote for Wilders (PVV), and he's sort of extreme right. Wants all muslims out of the country, and stuff like that. Those people only think about themselves, have no compassion for others etc.
The sad thing is, they haven't learned from WW II!

Had some really painful stomach cramps when I was biking few years ago. Had to stop then next to a quite busy road. I passed out when I was in the middle of phobe call to my dad. And then my phone died. Several people went past me I just looked at me but didn't do anything.. Finally some man stopped and called an ambulance. The first thing they asked was if I was drunk...
