So I have a muscle spasm in my lower back, I couln't walk properly this morning and I was pissed...!

But the good news is that I had the same problem last winter and I was ok after 3 days...let's hope it's gonna be the same this time...

I'm having some back and neck problems too.. Hopefully it'll get better before Wacken...

Yeah the timing is not great, would've been worst if I had this shit like friday or saturday.

I got some good muscle relaxant and 3 days off work so I should be alright soon

I'm bringing with me at Wacken my military inflatable mat, but if I can find a store where I could buy a foam mat it would be even better, do you guys know any store selling that ?

I know the feeling. I have lower back pain everyday. I will have a good dose of Advil with me in case of major pain.
