Shuttle from there.

I reckon they found out it's easier to start a shuttle from a "normal" railway station, rather than a station on a suburban rail road, or an extention of the Hamburg subway system, or whatever you want to call the AKN-Bahn.

Or I can't remember having seen ti last year, when I went looking for my glasses. (though I'm pretty sure I've seen Wrist!)
Ah well, it's a DB station, with service from the NordBahn Eisenbahngesellschaft.
And I've booked everything, so I'll buy the extra ticket to/from Dauenhof.

Shuttle from there.

That's good. Both times I've been, the plan was basically to wing it from the train station and hope for the best. I managed to find a couple at Hamburg HBF the first time, and the second time I barely managed to find a group and hung around close by, hoping they'd notice and ask me to be included in the ride when they rang the cab company...it worked :ugly:

the last time I was there (wait, was it?) we arrived with a group of like 20 people. so it wasn't hard to fix a ride :D
