I could never get away with that in my job To be fair though, most of the time when they don't, it's because they call up that often that we no longer have to ask

The thing is, we don't have to ask because everybody just tells who they are when they call.

Of course this is different when one of my friends calls me on my mobile.

So, strangely enough, my phone has barely rung at all since we were made to change our greeting. I attempted to do it properly today, both times it backfired on me Couldn't spit the words out and then the caller still said "is that Alix?" The second time, I didn't even get to finish my sentence when I was cut off with "hi, it'sa me! " FML.
