Stood up too long.
First at work and then I went to this athletics volunteering thing. Gonna go there tomorrow and saturday as well. 
It's only available in Germany so far. I tried to see if it was turning in Eupen, but it wasn't. And it passed in Aachen already. So, too late.

Well this specific event is held every year. But overall many times a year.
I'm so happy right now.. European Athletics Championships are going on. Today there was men's 3000m steeplechase. This French dude won, but he took his shirt of in the last 100m metres. That is forbidden because you have to have your number on display trough the run. And also that is poor sportsmanship. So he just got disqualified! Also he has done other stupid things.. 2012 he pushed a 14-year-old girl who was dressed as a mascot. Some years ago he also fought with another runner.
