It's a miracle. My schedule two weeks from now was just posted and it's exactly right. Not a single hour too many. And bonus - my hours are distributed in exactly the way I'd hoped - full day shifts but only twice a week. If this is the work of the new store manager and continues, things are looking up. For once.
