Seriously, I had finished absolutely EVERYTHING by 9:30am. For the next 6 hours I updated my work manual and helped out one of the ward clerks with filing.
20 minutes before knock off I get:
"What's the liklihood of this happening by Tuesday?"
"Can you get me the list of...?"
"Hi I'm Dr...from...Hospital emergency department, do you have this? Can you fax it to me?"
It's a bit involved to explain, but the first would normally take a couple hours to organise comfortably. The third I wouldn't have had a clue had no-one else known anything about it.
