Until you start a non-desk job. Get caught with a phone you get into trouble.
True. But... if I were to live in the US, I couldn't drive either. (same circonstances)
At least our public transport is better organised, so people are more free to move, even if it is sometimes f*&ðing expensive. (especially when you want to take a train spontaniously in Germany/France)
So, und jetzt werd ich ma was machen.
Mittagessen essen.
Tschüss!!!
Some people actually think that watches look nice. Also it can be really useful for when you can't use your cell. Like when we write tests we're not allowed to have a cell around. I have a watch that I can clip to my belt though. It's pretty nice because you can make a standing up table watch out of it and it looks pretty elegant
I'm still here. I'm just getting tired
Great, my brother makes me leave the forum for a while to watch a video that sucked and now everyone's gone..
what time is it?
Sometimes, but not always.
I know how nice your public transport is, you don't have to tell me.Wish we had it in the US.
See you.
If I want to check the time during a test, I just make sure no one can see me pulling out my phone.
But I'm not saying they're completely useless or that no one thinks they look cool. Just that people have largely replaced watches with phones.
Use your watch.![]()
That's pretty stupid (no offense). I wouldn't risk getting banned from a test for cheating just because I wanted to check the time and didn't feel like getting an alternative clock other than my cell

My professors usually walk behind us. They're strict with it here. Most people can't separate from their precious electronics for 10 minutes. I had one professor go as far as taking them as we walked in for class.
6am.
