It's definitely too hot here during the summer..
The metal scene here, although small, gets bigger and bigger every year. Not many bands come here.. usually 2 or 3 metal/rock bands visit Cyprus every year.
Last year we had katatonia, alice cooper & paradise lost.. not bad
But still hate it here...

Hot as in what? 30 isn't bad.

That sucks though... but I guess you can't expect much more really. Guess Wacken is a nice break from that.

I don't pay that much attention to that section so I dunno.

I'm in a sense glad there's separation. For the most part I don't really like rock that much, and I'm even quite picky with my metal even. I figure there's other fests that don't separate it so much, it shouldn't really be forced down people's throats if they just don't like it.

That's fair enough, i'm happy enough to like what i like and not pressure others into listening to my music, i love wacken i love the music and it's my one holiday a year and unlike British festivals i don't have to watch the violence everyday.

it is around 30 NOW... it will start reaching 45 soon.. and I have sth with the sun.. I can't stand too much of it (maybe exaggerating a bit..)

yeah, Wacken is a great break from all of this.. but anyway I'm spending most of the summer in Poland (coz I'm half Polish) so gonna be going to other festivals as well
