Yea, makes sense. Atm we've got loads of shows coming up here. All the ones I mentioned earlier plus Sonata. And I just got back Friday from Witchaven.
I got up and staggered to the festival site just as Gorgoroth came on. That certainly woke me up.

I don't ever buy tickets. I just show up.
That was the downside of staying up nearly all night in a pub with random guys I met only that night... was tired by the middle of the next day and decided to take a nap so I'd be fresh for Turisas, unfortunately I missed them...
Gah I hate myself for that.

I nearly fell asleep during Kreator but I fell forward and headbutted my mates shoulder so that woke me up, didn't miss anything.

not too many bands come down here too frequently. I think the flight puts them off.

some bands that are pretty big down here keep returning twice an album but that's the most bands would do. Machine head are doing a 3rd tour here on the Blackening. I think that's the first time that's happened

I'm not a huge fan... just like with most 80s bands, I mostly just want to see them to be able to tell my kids I did.
Well I didn't in the end. Was our last band of Wacken for that year. Had been a very exhausting 4 days, just fell out of nowhere.How could you sleep through Kreator standing right in front of them?
