My friend in the special forces are taking his unit to 'protest'
and his unit are fucking hard! Their entry to the unit makes them march 4miles in 10min amongst other things

Impossible, nobody can march or let alone run 4 miles in 10 minutes. That's the equivalent of running / marching at 24 miles per hour.
