the drama that is ordering something from a mailorder (neckermann)

I ordered 2 duvet covers a while a go
the quality turned out to be terrible
the black turned grey after only 1 time in the washing machine, on some places the black even disappeared in total, leaving white spots.
So I called in with a complaint and I got a coupon for 20 eu discount (the price of the 2 covers)
So last Thursday I decided to order new covers, which were supposed to be delivered on Friday.
But nothing came on Friday, same goes for Saturday and Monday, so I called again on Tuesday...
They told me the mailman could not find my house. Which is absolute bullshit, since me street is pretty well known, if I look out of my window I see the busiest road in Arnhem.
But they would send it again, free of charge.
And indeed, yesterday I had a big package waiting for me.
I was so happy it all went well.
I took the package with me downstairs into the basement, so I could immediately wash my new covers so I would be able to use them today.
But when I opened the box, there where no duvet covers in there
They sent me 2 chopping boards!
So I had to call yet again... And I have to hope that they sent me the right stuff today and have it delivered by a mailman who is not mentally challenged

de onsteking zit niet alleen op mn oogslijmvlies, maar ook in de huid en de haarzakjes
morgen kan ik andere oogdruppels halen, als er binnen een week geen verbetering is moet ik naar de oogarts, die gaat het dan schoonmaken onder een grote lamp (als in de onsteking weghalen)

ai, dus tis een vrij uitgebreide ontsteking...
ik hoop dat die druppels gaan helpen, je wil geen permanente schade oplopen

Te hopen dat dat genoeg gaat zijn. Ik heb 't er niet zo op als ze in de ogen gaan frunniken. Vind 't maar 'n eng idee. (en dat zal bij mij helaas toch ooit moeten gebeuren....)

Knap vervelend als dat zo is.
Ik ben altijd voorzichtig met ogen. Laten we zeggen: Beroepsdeformatie of zoiets.
