Nice!
but you know that how closer you live, the bigger the chance you are too late
^^
the train i have to use now comes every 10 minutes. in other words: i know that problem
Nice!
but you know that how closer you live, the bigger the chance you are too late
if you live close, you think: oooow I still have some time... still time enough... what?! that time already?! shit! I need to go
So I learned the truth about the brandname Ray-Ban yesterday :')
well... if i would stand up when my alarm rings i would always be in time... IF

earlier today I had a def guy on the phone... well not really of course..
he IM's with a special department of the phone company.. they tell me what he's writing.. and what I tell back they type towards him...
it's like.. you could also send me an email you know...![]()
No you cannot!
Why should someone def not have the same possibilities of interaction compared to "hearing" people?
I mean, I ask, you reply, I try, and if there's an error somewhere, I interact.
With mail this is not possible. You always need to wait for the other to recieve it first, process it, react to it, you need to recieve it, process it, and THEN you can interact.
So... txt'ing or IM'ing is the only solution for them.
trust me, trying to troubleshoot this way isn't working either, because I need to rely on the oe typing stuff, it just doesn't work.
with email we can send him a step by step manual how to solve an issue.
we did the same thing with an other def guy last week that worked perfect.
first he called via the textphone, that didn't work out at all, we asked him if we could send a manual and then the problem was solved in no time.
it's just to hard to explain what you mean if you say click on this and type in this or that... it does work however with a manual with pictures.
If you do the same with hearing people, I don't object!
