over here these are the absolute emo shoes... they're a pop out of fashion and everyone wearing it thinks they're so cool and individual while about 80% of all youngsters wear it. It's just like those weird scarfs

lol, here they're not really that popular, but they are more worn by like the emo/scene kids here...

what I find crazy is that for pouring gasoline on a cat and burning it, you get a lower fine than for passing a red light... that's something that really must be changed.

this kid videotaped his brother (wearing a ski mask) beating up the cat and pouring stuff in to poor critters eyes

I'm contra death penalty. But the fines they adviced sounded really sensible

but yea, they should get larger fines and jail time, at the least...
