Well and that's just it. Being black does not qualify oneself as a candidate for the presidency. And all these people who seem to think that it is are then therefore racists themselves, identifying black people with radical change and being unstable. Of course this may just be my generation speaking...perhaps people who grew up during the civil rights movement (the 1960's) see things in a different way. But i've grown up in a time where all people are equal in the eyes of society.

and wijken are neighbourhoods, so smaller then a district


literally opbouw means build up, but I have no clue what the heck an opbouwmedewerker (build up worker) does, at least not in poor black neighbourhoods
