There is a special event in Europe (since 15 years) - Woodstock Festival in Poland/German border town Kostrzyn/Kustrin, where the band's had a chance to stand on the biggest world festival scene, opposite 300.000 - 400.000 rock fan's.
Played there: Kreator, Die Toten Hosen, Type o Negative, Clawfinger, Beatsteaks, The Strangler's, Killing Joke, Knorkator, Vader and many more...

This year - at the moment confirmed band's are: Korpiklaani [Fin], Caliban [Ger], Shaggy reggae project [Jam/Usa], Lordi [Fi], Volbeat [Den], Sham 69 [GB], The Futureheads [GB], Final Virus [Ger], Akurat [PL]...
The band's gives full time gigs, not like on the others festivals..

The event thie year is 31 July - 2 August !! Entrance and tent territory 100% free !!
