Why "not possible"

Hi, i've sent an email asking for several bands like hammerfall or manowar

you've said that they're "not possible"

can i know why?
because they played at WoA 2005 (hammerfall, sonata arctica)?
or..?

i understand, but you've made an exception yet with finntroll,
cant you make another exception for hammerfall? lol (i know im very
insistent)

ps im italian, and i speak english (but a very little lol..) and german it's
very difficult
to understand (im using googles trnslator) cant you translate questions and
answers in english?

finntroll is not so expensive then hammerfall...
