Mass Effect - there's rumours that they're already working on it. Rumour has it they're going to focus on the initial discovery of the relays and the first contact war instead of making a movie version of the game story. I think that is an awesome solution, personally.

Assassin's Creed - also coming.

Half-Life - But only if it's done well.

Baldur's Gate - I'd love to see that story in a proper, adult fantasy movie.

Leisure Suit Larry : Looking for his real love as a mid' 40 he gets in love with every woman he meets. But he always fails until a special woman meets him. This woman was a man before, her/his body changed but her/his attitude and character stays. Mix of comedy and drama with some social criticism....

As there is much lore, Neverwinter also has good stories worth to be filmed.

Legend of Zelda is very good proposal, i would love to watch this.
