Can any German people or people who visit Germany regularly help me here. How would I go about getting to the Westfalenhalle venue in Dortmund if I flew to Dortmund airport? Is it within walking distance or would I need a taxi or something? I'm planning on going to see Manowar and Rhapsody there on April 11th.

On the right corner, there is a English Flag button.

Apparently the Westfalenhallen have their own railway station. But it takes about 40 to 50 minutes from the airport to the WFhallen.

Ypou can also ask every Busdriver, they know that always pople from abroad travel there and will help. By feet impossible thats true!

No, you can't walk, unless you're willing to walk some hours.
Hte dortmund airport is only a small one a little outside Dortmund.
But rom thei, I guess their will be a S-Bahn (tram) to the westfalenhalle. I'm not really sure about it, if you can get in right at the airport, but that there is a line going there.
I can try and check that.
And after the concert? Are you planning to go back directly, or do you stay in GErmany???
