ummm I would be very careful with such visible parts of your body! But of course it´s possible to get a tattoo there, no prob with the skin!

as for me I have already one. But I want something better and bigger Something on my arm, the whole arm round, that looks like a t-shirt sleeve... (No, not a long-sleeve!!! Hey!)
