Water in Wacken

How many people here actually like sparkling water?

I for one, hate it although they seemed to have sold out of still water at Wacken(02).

And why the hell do the Germans like the stuff so much?

sparkling water is great for mixing with apple juice or white wine
I don´t really like it pure, though...

We nearly died last year due to lack of money to buy minerals and our inability to drink the sparkling poison.

I drank the water from the wash basins last year. I learned afterwards that it wasn't drinking water. Maybe we're spoilt at Swedish festivals. There you can always bring a bucket, fill it with cold water and chill your beer in it. How do you do this at Wacken? Luke-warm beer isn't really a favourite of mine.
