Vader drummer Doc dead at 35

According to a posting at the Polish music web site CGM.pl, former VADER drummer Krzysztof "Docent" Raczkowski (a.k.a. Doc) has passed away at age 35. No further details about his death are currently available. [UPDATE: This has now been confirmed by VADER's official web site, Vader.pl]

saw the DS home videos with vader a few years ago....had Doc setting up his gear, fuckin greats solo/sound checks

Just saw them with Kreator back in April... in a little shithole of a club in Baltimore. Fucking GREAT show. Was going to see them a second time but they had van trouble, so they couldn't make it. Shame....

Doc hadn't played with Vader since he "had an accident" in 2004 rendering him unable to play on the The Beast album and subsequent tours. Given his history of heroin addiction, my guess is he either underwent (unsuccesful) rehab, or the band simply told him to get his act together, which he apparently didn't. A shame it is, nevertheless.
