Our oppurtunities and the very good reviews after the festival in 2003 showed us that it is the right way to investate into the infrastructure. As the costs for services and trained staff ( have a look at MAUD-Fee etc. ) and also the fee for the artists get much higher we have to react. We won´t increase the capacity of the audience and therefor we decided for a price increase after three years. Please have symphathy for that and notice that. Anyway the price for the 2 day ticket – that means the real festivaldays – will be still constantly. Thursday was and will be a special day.

These are the prices for 15th Anniversary Wacken 2004:

1 Day Ticket „Night to remember“ - Thursday, 05.08.2004: € 30,- + charges
1 Day Ticket - Friday, 06.08.2004: € 30,- + charges
1 Day Ticket - Saturday, 07.08.2004: € 30,- + charges
2 Day Ticket - 06.08. – 07.08.04: € 50,- + charges
3 Day Ticket - 05.08. – 07.08.04: € 68,- + charges

Campingground - Reservation

In 2004 you still can make a reservation at the campingground. With a group of 50 persons on you can you can announce. More informations at our homepage in a few days.

Regular Wackeners know the type I think.. in 2002 In Extremo was there

Can't say I know this group, but indeed in Extremo's been to WOA a few times, as well as Subway to Sally (which In Extremo sounds more and more like imho)... There is also Skyclad in a more irish/gaelic sounding style. Seems interesting anyway

But I'd still say that Schandmaul is an entirely different style of music than STS, InEx, Skyclad and whatever I know else.

If too many crap bands play next year, i might sell my ticket and go to Maschinenfest instead.
