Since you now owe me, can you please do me a favor? I've called them twice (yesterday and today) asking them to reserve my ticket. However I'm a bit paranoid on the issue: I'm flying over from Italy and the thought of not getting a ticket is freaking me out! Can you just ask them to make sure there is a ticket in the name of Nicola Guglielmi, and that I'll be picking it up on Friday morning? They should already have this information, but I just want to make sure...

If you do me this favor I would really appreciate it!
