This means that you can order by mail, and you have to pay for them at the Edekamarkt Jensen (outside Wacken village) as from 31st of July or at the supermarkets on the camping/festival site.

That´s right ...we did so last year. Wrote a mail and paid / picked up the box @the supermarket in the festival area. No problems at all (apart from the fact, that the beer delivery was delayed till approx. Friday noon - it was supposed to arrive on Monday or so... )
