Looks like John Sykes is out of Thin Lizzy and all of thier shows are now postponed or cancelled.

Let's see a slot is open:

Katatonia
Mercenary
Powerwolf
Edguy
Gorjira
OSI

any of these bands would sub nicely

GOJIRA would be awesome.. i always waited for them to be confirmed for wacken or the summer breeze.. but then the billings were complete and they weren't in it
but they have a very different style.. and i think they'll confirm a similar band instead =/
but gojira would be my number 1 band this year when they come!

Have seen them last Saturday and it has been such a fuckin' great show but because of organisation problems damn to short. This would make my festival nearly perfect!

They can put "Der W" on the Party Stage and let Blind Guardian or Edguy play on the Black Stage

Since it's only Party Stage i would definitly love to see 1 of those:

- Devildriver (not possible though )
- Lamb of God (would be awesome)
- The Haunted (touring in scandinavia :/)
- Unleashed
- Slayer (as i said before ;P)
- Kataklysm
- God Dethroned (haven't seen them before, would be pretty cool too )
- At The Gates (were awesome last year)
- Arch Enemy

Although i dont think they will get any of these.
As long as they don't get another whatever-core Band i'm fine i guess.

this is the best suggestion I've heard yet an one that really would make sense an actually improve on the original line up!!!

It's really, really sad that they're no more in. When else do you get the chance to see them - at very rare times, I think. I was looking forward so much for Thin Lizzy, Running Wild and Heaven & Hell in that order.

To replace them a comparable band should be found. Magnum is a great idea.
Def Leppard or Cinderella could be asked - maybe even Uriah Heep. But actually it's more wish than feasible.
Lizzy Borden, Virgin Steele, Masterplan or Candlemass should be mentioned.
I hope they don't take some core-stuff just because it's easy to get. That'd be bad trade.

good ideas, but i think everyone want's some "harder" stuff, so i hope they get some Thrash
