I've just checked another festival I'm going to. Alcatraz in Kortrijk (Courtrai) in Belgium. It's just 2hrs from where I live. (just one day)

I thought about going there this year but there wasn't really any bands that I like.Yeah it'd be pretty expensive.

Even "Break The Ground", which is in Germany, took me more than 12hrs to get there. And then it's not worth it to go. (for me!!!)
Wacken, together with Hörnerfest and Headbangers is about the maximum, though I'd prefer for the first to cut my trip into 2. (Charleroi-Hamburg and Hamburg-Itzehoe the next day)

Yeah if you came to Tuska you couldn't really go to any other festivals that year, because the travelling takes so long and costs a lot..

But I could see them closer to home, so it wasn't worth going all the way to finland.
Voilà.
And I defintely want to go to RockHard (Gelsenkirchen), Hörnerfest (Brande-Hörnerkirchen), and Dong Open Air (Neukirchen-Vluyn in Niederrhein) so...
And Eindhoven Metal Meeting. But that's in the winter. And I can sleep cheap, 'cause I'm originally from that region.
