yeah fine, hassle free. parents only live about 5 miles away so visiting them was quite easy, a lot of people got fucked travelling due to the storms.

how about you?

That's good. Yeah my christmas was fine. Was little bored at dads house but then I went to my grandmas place and had nice time with my relatives. :) We went to the cemetery and everything. I think my mom's cousin was trying to get me drunk but he didn't succeed, lol.

Yeah, it's been really nice to get some days off. Whaat, how is that possible? :o

I assume my workload is going to be low, especially since a lot of the doctors like to go on holidays around this time too, so that's sort of taken care of. One of my colleagues is acting in another role and I know her job so I volunteered my time for a couple of days. Unfortunately no-one told me that my supervisor was going on holidays until the last minute, and our boss just decided that I would pick up the pieces. I was really pissed off about it especially because there was no mention of being paid my supervisor's wage to do most of her job plus mine (my boss didn't even bother to find out exactly how much of her job is "urgent"), so I've complained to the union  Needless to say the quality of work we do is going to be pretty poor, but what else can we do when there's still no money coming in to fund it? :uff:
