Megadeth sucks.

Last time I saw them live, Dave was in such a "good" humor, that he didn't say a SINGLE word during the concert. It was just automatic pilot mode.

Hey, that's not bad at all. I actually prefer that.

Dave only said only 2 things in total when they came here...

"We've got limited time on stage... we can either talk or play... guess what we're gonna do"

"You were great, We were Megadeth, Thank you."

Most places like that don't pay for sick days and most people can't afford to miss work so this is what happens. Personally If I'm really sick I won't go in. Right now I just have a little sniffles, it's not bad enough for me to take the day off though I don't have any appointments booked tomorrow so I might stay home anyway depends how I feel later.

I got sick pay and holiday pay for that job but in order to get sick pay, I needed a doctor's note, even for just one shift :uff: One week I asked to not work the weekend as it was my birthday, and they were too tight to give me any weekday shifts so they paid me 10 hours of holiday pay for the week. Woot

I'm really just joking... but I like to think here we have lots of drinking and heavy accents and that's why there's so many fights, cause no one really understands what the other is saying :p

:D
Reminds me of my last trip to Scotland with the family. We went to some random pub hoping they sold food, but when we saw that they didn't we couldn't be bothered leaving. There was a group of locals already in there, heard us talking, became intrigued and started chatting to us. Good thing they were really drunk and slurring all their words or we wouldn't have understood a single thing they said :ugly: :p Us poor Aussies generally speak more slowly anyway :ugly:

If I want to avail a paid sick leave, I just have to drop a mail saying i'm not keeping well and will not be working today. Of course there is a limit to number of paid leaves I can take but I haven't really needed many so far, so I don't know for sure how many I can get. :D

I like the way Till Lindemann talks on stage at pretty much every show:
"Das war Rammstein. Vielen, vielen, vielen dank, danke schön, gute Nacht."

Yeah, where I work now, if I go to work looking crook but not crook enough to stay home, go home half way through the day, and call my supervisor the next day, I don't have to get a medical certificate. I think if I'm off for more than say, 2 days then I would, but I don't really get sick. Between returning from leave in 2012 to commencing leave in 2013, I wasn't sick at all with anything once; I was hoping to crack the 12 month mark but didn't make it :o
