Tried to go in 2000...had to spend money on school, couldn't to do it. Tried again in 2001...couldn't save enough money, bought a guitar instead. Finally made it in 2002, and I'm coming back in 2003! Woo hoo!

Not at all! It's to preserve the floor of your tent itself...keep it from getting torn up! Easier and cheaper to replace a $5 ground tarp than a $100 tent.
Not saying you need ALL the stuff on the site. Just a few helpful suggestions, I thought.
