Shuttle Buss

Does any one know if we will use shuttle buss to and from Itzehoe/Wacken should buy on line or reserve in advance or could be directly pay on site before departure?
I'm asking about this via welcomepoint@wacken.com but the email was bounce back.

Shuttle bus
The shuttle bus takes you to and from Itzehoe railway station and the festival grounds. At irregular intervals it shuttles to Hamburg airport back and forth. You’ll receive the schedule at the information desk, which is in front of the pedestrian access. Round-trip fare is € 10.00 and can be used unboundedly.

The one between itzehoe and wacken doesn't require a reservation.
You can get a bus ticket at the busstop in itzehoe.

I believe The busses between the airpoort and wacken do require a reservation, but I'm not sure, I haven't used those.
